Terms of Service

Welcome to the Nexa website at nexa.co.il and to all services, systems, interfaces, forms, pages, tools, and personal areas operated on its behalf. Use of the site — including browsing, registration, publishing a property, publishing a request, contacting an agent, leaving contact details, or any other use — constitutes the user's full agreement to the terms of this agreement.
1. Definitions
"Company" — operator of the Nexa website. "Site" — nexa.co.il and all accompanying services on its behalf. "User" — any person browsing the site or using its services. "Publisher" — any person or entity publishing a property, listing, request, or content on the site. "Agent" — a real estate broker, real estate consultant, brokerage office, or any other service provider operating through the site.
2. Nature of the Service
The site is a platform in the real estate and related services field and enables, among other things: • searching for properties for sale and rent • publishing properties • publishing requests from property seekers • contacting real estate agents and service providers • displaying market trends and closed transactions in a given area • managing a personal area • uploading photos, videos, and documents In the future, the site may also enable publication and contact with additional professionals.
3. Registration and Use
Use of the site is permitted only to those aged 18 and above. The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date details. The Company may block, delete, or restrict a user account in the event of: • providing false information • publishing duplicate properties • fictitious use • circumventing the system for the purpose of direct contact outside the service • breach of the terms of this agreement
4. Google Calendar Integration
When connecting Google Calendar, the service creates and manages meeting events in your calendar. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the integration at any time in Settings.
4A. WhatsApp Business Connection (opt-in)
Connecting WhatsApp Business to Nexa is a voluntary action by the agent (opt-in). By connecting their number, the agent agrees that Nexa stores and processes their WhatsApp client conversations for the purpose of CRM automation, as described in the Privacy Policy. The agent can disconnect the integration at any time in settings; data processing through the WhatsApp Business Platform is carried out in accordance with Meta's terms.
5. Publishing Properties and Content
The publisher undertakes that: • they have the right to publish the property or have received lawful authorization • all information, photos, videos, and documents published by them are correct and accurate • the content does not infringe copyright, privacy, trademark, or any other right of a third party The Company may remove, edit, suspend, or refuse to publish any content at its sole discretion.
5A. AI Photo Processing
Listing photos may be processed by AI to remove personal items, refresh decor, or virtually stage furniture. The original photos are available via a toggle in the listing gallery.
6. Free Publication and Future Pricing
From 01.05.2026 and for 180 days thereafter, publication on the site will be free of charge. After this period, the Company may set a price list, publication plans, service packages, or various fees, and update them from time to time at its discretion. The updated price list, if any, will be published on the site and form an integral part of this agreement.
7. Leads and Inquiries
The user acknowledges that when leaving contact details on the site, their details may be passed on to real estate agents, property owners, service providers, and professional parties relevant to their request. The Company may pass the user's details to more than one party, depending on the nature of the inquiry. The Company is not a party to any transaction between the user and any other party and is not responsible for the engagement, offers, agreements, or outcomes of the transaction.
8. Market Trends and Information
The site may display transaction data, market trends, real estate information, and various analyses, based on, among other things, public information, closed transactions, and external databases. This information is general in nature only and does not constitute: • a property valuation • a professional appraisal (shamaut) • legal advice • investment advice • a recommendation to conduct a transaction The information on the site alone should not be relied upon for making economic, legal, or commercial decisions.
9. Mailings and Communications Through the Platform
The site itself does not send marketing mailings, SMS, or WhatsApp messages to users. However, real estate agents and service providers using the platform may send messages, offers, SMS, WhatsApp, or mailings in their own name, after the user has left their details or contacted them through the site. Responsibility for such mailings lies solely with the relevant agent or service provider.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the site, including the site's name, design, texts, logo, database, code, graphics, interfaces, and any other component, belong exclusively to the Company. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, make commercial use of, or display any part of the site without prior written consent.
11. Site Availability
The Company does not guarantee that the site will operate continuously and without faults. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, data loss, loss of profit, delay, fault, or disruption arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Company may update the terms from time to time. The binding version is the version published on the site at the time of use.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site or its use.
